The loneliest ones are often found in crowd
Behind the smiles
The soul echoing loud;
Cries for validation…

Tears unrolling
Unfulfilled wants of acceptance
Truth disguises underneath lies
Often the reality is graver than what meets the eyes…

One sitting alone on a park bench
Is more content than others;
Those are souls free of attachments
Having freed themselves of validation & expectations;

An era of chaos
Dons the veil of happiness
Inner mind turbulent in havoc
Often the loneliest ones hide in flock.

Fear to stand for self
Silence voicing help
Pics posted with crowd
Partying overnight and of night outs

These speak volumes
If you wish to know the truth
Sneak deep inside the eyes
That reflects mind’s conundrum.

Walking zombies dead from within
Task to maintain social image
Often the reality appears vivid
The loneliest are those who throng in crowd

Looking for company; masking real selves behind the smiles
Ask thyself
Are you afraid of being alone?
Or is it your own mind that haunts? What is it taking you away from your own self?
