Once there was Life
Who always wanted to be friend with Luck;
But Luck never paid heed to life
Often ill treating her and mocking, it ran away in pride.

Life turned lugubrious
an air of melancholy spread in engulfing her peace;
She thought herself to be worthless
Neither important for anyone nor worthy

Life was left all alone
She thought herself to be unworthy of love
Often lamenting and loathing over her state,
Life decided to end her story
And be out of the game.

But suddenly something lighted inside her
A voice echoed from nowhere Commanding her to look deep into the mind
And start journeying inwards.

She listened keenly
Each word resonated through vibes
Slowly something began to change
She followed the voice keeping pretenses set aside.

The trick worked
Life decided no matter what,

It won’t dart behind those
for whom she was just a passing tide.

When she decided to own herself

Here entered Time in the story to teach Life its worth;
Further in the voyage
Life befriended determination and perseverance
Along with Hope she set her foot towards a new world.

No sooner hardwork also joined her brigade
He became Life’s bestfriend and confidante forever.
Thereby,
Setting towards success, life leaped high.

Then came a twist
The unexpected began to happen,
Time now moved its magical whim and turned around.;
No sooner had she befriended hardwork,
Luck at once began to follow her.

He was floored by Life’s charm and grace,
The one who had loathed her always
When she was kind, now wanted to be on her side.

Luck started to flower Life with success and fame,
but little did he know it was all destiny’s game.
Though embracing success Life had never let her lose her sense,
Life asked hardwork to never leave her hand ever again.

Whatever she had achieved & went through,
Life took it all wearing a smile,
never having forgotten from where she had begun
nor leaving them alone who
Walked beside her
When the whole world had left her alone to drain.

Life was loyal to her self and companions in deed,

She turned towards Luck and said,

“I know your charmed by me & you like to be with those who can flatter you with pride.
I always wanted to be with you
Though soon I understood its all fallacy.
No matter who left
never will determination & hardwork leave their hand,
I promise to be forever with them
silently walking beside them
even if they fly or land
Because a friend in need is a friend indeed!”
