THE ETERNAL LOVE STORY!!!

“Ardent lovers they were,
Who met to separate…..”

Years ago, before the universe came into form, the Sun & Moon had fallen in love. They loved eachother immensely. Neither was then the Sun so fierce and burning, nor did the moon carry any patch on her. Both in love, lived happily in the paradise of Lord.
But time had something else in its kitty for them. The universe was created, & with it their destiny changed. They had to SEPARATE….
Here goes the speech between them.

Only sometime was left, before the universe was to come into being. Sitting in the garden of Lord, they clasping eachother’s hand. Tears were rolling down their eyes, yet they tried to be strong. Words choked their throat, atlast the Sun spoke on.

Sun : We can’t come together,
it will reason in destruction of world. We have to separate for the betterment of others, we have to part… (throat choked)… away.

Moon : ( with tear filled eyes) I can understand, but I will always wait for you, someday in the horizon we will meet and reminisce back all the memories.
But promise me you will be happy always.

Sun : Will u be happy?
Moon : Yes I will be, 
(who had kept her fingers crossed. Praying silently, for this to be a bad dream & hoping it will soon break & everything will turn back the way it was.)

They left eachother’s hand,
Unable to leave,
yet they walked their way to fulfill their duty for the world,
without glimpsing back.

THEN,
Years later they met on the horizon. Looking at his love,
the Sun calmed his fierceness
who was till then burning with rage.

There was a long silence between them. Atlast, the Moon spoke,

Moon : How are you?
Sun : (trying hard to hide his pain) as fine I was like always.

Nomore could they mouth out words, their hearts were burning with pain of love.

But love overpowered words, in silence they spoke to eachother..

Moon :- (looking with pain & love filled eyes at Sun)

“I know you burn because of me
unable to show your pain
You flame fiercely;
spreading light and heat for all around
yet unable to calm the hurt beneath.”

Sun :

“I know you have turned cold and pale
without my warmth;
you have frozen away
I can all say looking at your face; looking at the various lovers who taking your name
Your longing for me never faded away;”

Moon :
“I know your love is supreme and just
pure as you and it’s you all I trust;
Unable to bear seeing me all cold and low
You pass your warmth on to me, which makes me glow;
Thus, getting your presence felt
I spread light on behalf of you
calm and cool I glow in love of thou;”

Sun:
“Though I can never see you low
I spread my light onto you;
yet you wane and wax for me
I know it is to show me
you are nothing without me.”

Looking at the pain in their eyes, no more could, God hold back himself. He knew what they had sacrificed for the world,
He came down walking the aisle that day.
I am the reason, you both are away, tell me my child,
I will free you both,
So that forever you can live together.

Sun and Moon : (In unison)
“No my Lord, we don’t want the world to destroy for our sake,
Though we are far away, our love will be alive always.
The world, is like our child,
For their good,
We will keep spreading our love always.“

“Seeing their selfless love,
he said,
forever in universe,
whenever there is love,
you will be remembered,
thus, looking at your love,
it will forever be immortal.”

.

Such was the selfless love of theirs. Looking into the eyes of his love,
THEN THE SUN PROCLAIMED TO THE WORLD,

“Thus,
Once when we come face to face,
I only let you to shadow me and take away all my glow,
for the pain I have given you,
by letting you go.”

Then, proclaimed Lord to the universe, these words:

The world may call it eclipse,
But that is the time,
When two ardent lovers will together meet,
To teach the world,
The power of ETERNAL LOVE…
