Admist the land
flows great rivers
receding to quench thirsts
Maneuvering with ease
Gifting the world with greenery
Proclaiming to us in placid words
Within the material body;
Made of five elements and air of conscious
Flows the nectar sublime
To quench the thirst
To Answer the questions dwelling in mind
Just the need is to travel the conscious fervently
Bathing in the pool of conscious drinking the elixir of conscious spirit;
where lies the abode of divine.

Spritual Truth*
You can lead a man to water, but you cannot make him drink. You can give a man knowledge, but you cannot make him think.

I agree… only when a man truly wishes to gain knowledge can words seep into his mind & make him think in right way. Otherwise they would remain just mere words.

Nice piece. I didn’t even notice the rhyme until the end, but what became apparent to me after reading 3/4 of the poem was the choppiness of the clauses, but that may be me merely.
