Break the barriers!!!

A seed was sown & let to grow,
from within came nothing,
the seed that was left dormant,
it never saw sunshine.

Then again a seed was sown,
Watered with love,
The sun pierced deep into the soil,
& cracked the ground above,
Leaving enough space for the seed to raise it’s head,
It was tormented by wind, shattered by rain, hit by lighting, but all these lessons never went in vain.

It was the act of nature to make the seed grow strong,
not only from out but foremost from inside.
At first it felt like letting down, but something inside it pushed it out,
It was mesmerized & frightened by the surrounding,
It thought how will it survive here,
the creatures kept it haunting.

It said:
What if they pluck me up,
& crush me down,
I have surely seen the light,
but will my journey ever reach the dawn ?

Pondering it didn’t know how mighty & strong it had grown,
it was now one of the strongest tree,
it had become home for many creatures.

Those whom it feared would pluck it off,
now they played on her swinging barks,
& whom she thought would crush her down,
they took shelter under her charm.

The world which pitied the tiny seed, thinking it will survive or not,
It now had grown into a sturdy tree, which left everyone dazzled.

The journey from seed to tree was not easy,
It had to face the toughest lessons to break off the ground & raise its head,
Inside it culminated fear,
But it gulped it off to its end & just believed in what it heard,
its life was HERE!

To raise above & become a mighty tree one has to Let the universe make it tough,
unless not churned, cracked, & watered with love how can it become what it is now?

Unless we are not made to face the heat,
till then we won’t  realize our potentials,
Then we would also turn as the dormant seed which never saw what the future had kept in store.

If we wait for somebody to bail us out,
help us in every path of life,
we would also become the tiny seed which breathed it last waiting for somebody to pull her out.

If challenges were not put forth in life,
we would never crack the difficulties & break ourselves free,
how will we then breath in the nectar of universe,
& leave a mark in HISTORY!!!.

  1. amazing and enchanting tale of nature and the need to gain strength and resilience from tough times. Good also how you communicate the need to be a strong force of being and nature in the face of adversity. Learning strength is one thing but then using it is another.

    1. Thank you.. glad that you liked it.
We all are stronger than we think we are. I sometimes feel God puts forth troubles and problems only for us to realize our inner potential and face it accordingly. No problem ever comes without solution. A change in perception can do wonders…

      1. yes indeed these challenges put in front of us are to learnt from as they raise us up to higher levels of spiritual growth. Failure to understand and learn from them means repeating the lessons. Perception and understanding how life works is everything.
