If only
The world could be
Less of hate
More of love;
Less of religion
More of conscious;
Less of criticism
More of motivation:
Less of curses
More of blessings.
If only
The world could be
Less of me
And more of ours:
Less of ignorance
And more of goodness,
Less of fight
More of unison.
If only,
The land was divided by water only, & not man made borders.
If only
We could be more acquainted with the inner rays,
And not distinguish humans on the basis of race.
If only
We respected time more
Even an iota of what money is showered.
If only
We could understand the signals given by the world;
If only
We could get one with oblivion.
If only
There was life led more with contentment;
If only
We led life with no regrets;
If only
We could follow what our heart says,
If only
We turn to be more expressive
And expect less.
The universe conjures the way we think,
If only
We try influence it with our thinking.
If only
There were no rooms left for IFs in life,
If only
We could fill the dotted lines,
Making our life a meaningful verse;
If only…. If only……
